@unicornsandrainbows I had irregular cycles and my luteal phase was too short for us to be able to conceive. Acupuncture can help regulate cycles and they also have chinese herbs that you can take which will help as well.

I had one session of acupuncture before my fertile period and it helped bring ovulation forward by 2 days, allowing us to conceive. Several other ladies on this forum have also tried acupuncture and have had success also. Ideally you should go once a week for best results, however i just wanted to see if one session would make any difference and it did. If you have health insurance check to see if you are covered for acupuncture as it will be beneficial if you do go on a regular basis.

Have you tracked your cycles to see if your cycles are regular and have a long enough LP (luteal phase)?

Do you take any vitamins such as Vitamin b6 or Vitex?

I hope your doctor is able to give you some answers or options in terms of getting checked out Good luck!

    Just subbing again ladies.

Hope you've all had a nice NYE! We're just plodding along this month. Having a break from active TTC has done us the world of good! I feel so much less stressed just even thinking about it. We've actually been DTD almost as much as normal, but we're not putting any times or days to do it so it's more just when the mood strikes, which is nice. Will now just see how the month turns out. Feeling really positive about 2015 now! 😊👍

@unicornsandrainbows If you can stick it out you could wait until AF is officially late, saves you money and some disappointment if af arrives Good luck!
@McBecks Glad to hear you are going well, being less stressed/pressure will definitely help!!

8dpo and I am 99% sure this is another failed cycle. That makes 6 months of solid trying. Need to now look at getting an US for me and testing for DH. I'm convinced something must be wrong.

@EnPointe I felt the same way and was wanting to get us both checked out, however dh wanted to wait up to a year before we did that. Luckily it didn't come to that and i hope its the same for you

Just remember its not over until the witch arrives!!

Thanks @curlybird. DH and our Doctor both want to wait a year too, but I just need to know. DH is pretty understanding so although he wants to wait, he has agreed to do it for my sanity. (or maybe his sanity as he is the one who has to deal with my sorry ***) :P
