    Default Elevit help.

I was wondering if anyone had an experience using Elevit similar to mine. I dont know if im doing the right thing, but i have stopped taking it for the past 4 days. I am 10w3d.

I was experiencing diarrhea and massive bloating of an evening with intense pain over night resulting in no sleep. Since stopping i have not had any of these issues. What is your opinion of not taking these supplements? Have you been affected by them like this? Im not sure what to do...i dont want to harm our baby but i cant deal with the painful tummy issues constantly!

Have you tried the blackmores pregnancy and breast feeding instead? The blackmores is higher in omega 3's then elevit and cheaper. I found it to be much better then elevit.

Elevit can also cause constipation problems because its so high in iron.....I used to have to take it at night too as taking it on an empty stomach used to make me vomit! Like PP has said, give the Blackmore one a go

Elevit had the opposite effect for me, I was so badly constipated! I switched to Blackmore's and it was better but in the end I didn't take anything.

I've had constant daily headaches and weird nausea/cramps since starting Elevit only 2 weeks ago, has anyone pushed through and come right after a while? I've just bought a box of 100 tabs😁 only just starting ttc so definitely not pregnancy symptoms lol

I stopped taking mine during having morning sickness as it made it worse. Went back on them when I could. I'm 32w now and still taking them
