I've been taking herbs from Richard and not sure if I should continue taking them if they will play around with implantation. I've got a scan on Thursday to see how I'm going and hopefully will be doing a frozen transfer then in the coming weeks. do you guys think I should stop the herbs? I heard (through the grape vine) they are generally ok to take during a frozen cycle but not during a stim cycle. I vale your opinion and thoughts ladies. Also, if any newbies have any thoughts on this, please feel free to comment.
No herbs for me Hun. Do what feels right for you.

    Hi ladies,
A quick questions for you all, did you ovulate as usual the cycle after a stim cycle? Today is CD15, but just had a scan at LB's room, only one follicle at 13mm. So most likely ovulation would be one week late. Is that normal? How long does it take you for your cycle to go back to normal?
    Thanks!

No herbs for me... Just the barrage of vitamins etc Lynn tells you to take.

Sorry I can't help with ovulation after a cycle, I've only just had my 2nd pick up ever first with Lynn and just had my first fresh transfer.

My ovulation standard is whack anyways

Hi Faiths love .. Sorry Hun , I havnt been really active on this thread lately... To answer your question about herbs with Richard, I did not take with my stimulated cycles and was hesitant to take it with my first frozen cycle, but then I took it with my future cycles as many girls had taken it even till the first trimester of their pregnancies and had delivered healthy babies .. But I always told Richard where exactly I am in my cycle and he keeps changing accordingly.. His herbs atleast help me have my periods on time and ovulate regularly. Good luck for the best results for your cycle.

We saw Dr NL at Monash today after the phone consult with Dr M and he said the same as him that my natural killer cells were high , he wants to do intralipids and and many other things . Thanks for referring me to Dr M in Sydney Lililypily. Hopefully at least my problem is identified and something can be done to fix it.,Skye 76 .. Yes she has been rushing at her appointments lately, Dr N L was not at all like that . We spent abt half an hour with him today and he answered all our questions with so much patience. We are def going to transfer our 2 frozen blasts to him as LB is getting very unapproachable. To all the newbies and good luck for everything

    PS Big congratulations Lileitak!!

@Sue77 thanks I was beginning to think it was just me, I need a FS who is willing to take the time to listen to me when I'm talking not rudely hang up on me on the day of my transfer when I was seeking her advice. I cant help it if I'm not famous & still want to use my own eggs! Time for me to look for another FS

Wishing you the best of luck for your future cycles with NL

@Sue77 - thanks for your feedback xx I'm so wrapt for u that you have found a specialist that you're comfortable with & usually when you switch specialists you are prepared and know exactly what questions to ask. This is why I love this tread. People like @lilypily giving advise and sharing information that CAN change your life. Are you hoping to do a Frozen transfer soon?

Thank everyone else for your advise. I took my last drink this morning so I think I might stop them for the time being....will keep you guys posted as to what happens on Thursday.

Default Lynn Burmeister Monash IVF-feedback wanted please #5

Hi faithslove...sorry late to reply but I took herbs for three months prior to my stim cycle then stopped during the stimming process then continued once I had transfer until 14 weeks with DS. But like lilypily said do what feels comfortable for you. You've done all the hard work up until now so just let your body do the rest. Good luck with your transfer.

I did a FET in July and went back to Richard to prepare for it but because my cycles were really good he just gave me herbs in the lead up but said no need for herbs during the cycle at all which felt weird for me but he was confident with the way my body was working. And..... I'm happy to say that cycle resulted in a bfp (still can't believe it!) 9 weeks 5 days today. and no herbs this time around.

Three BFPs from three cycles with lynn. Hoping for a healthy and uneventful pregnancy.
Good luck to all the new girls in here waiting for their bubbas. Lots of baby dust to you all. Xx
