so you're thinking @lileitak probably a good thing that we are doing some natural?? like I was saying I've never done a natural, all cycles have been ICSI. Am just so tired right now. I'm not even bothering driving to Richmond for blood test on Friday, just going to do it local. How many eggs fertalised for you hun with the natural then?

It really depends on your situation. If you have MFI, then ICSI may be the better option, I can only speak to my 1 cycle.

    I had:
    27 eggs "harvested"
    21 placed for insem. (11 natural & 10 ICSI)
12 fertilised (can't recall the breakdown)
9 still going strong at day 4
by day 5 we had 5 left... 4 natural, and 1 ICSI

Overall, we still had a good result, but I can't help to be greedy and think we could have done better.

@faith's Love I had the same experience as Lileitak - I had 15 eggs to start with, half were 'naturally' fertilised, other half ICSI - of the 6 embryos we finished with all bar one was from the natural group. The embryo that was transferred and result in a BFP was natural. If you're given the option to try half and half for sure do it!!!!

yeah I think you're right @Essence08 - we'll be trying the half/half next time round! @LilPily & @Sue77 - still in a lot of pain, not going to the bathroom. Did a blood test today instead of tomorrow - nurse said ok for me to do. sooner I can get the patches off the sooner period will come and then can focus on frozen transfer.
You girls are wonderful, thanks 4 all the support. @Sue77 I am routing for you big time!!!

@Faiths love, sorry to hear this, hopefully next one is success. Hang in there.
@Sue77 @MND fx for you guys, hoping this is it for you & *babydusts*
@Sue77, we have been super unlucky and got caught in the lab delay so couldn't go ahead with testing until genetic dept gets hold of dh's karyotype result. It will be another 2-3 weeks.

I am seeing Lynn next week to discuss June cycle.
