I would have to say a 6 for Christmas day. Dh was good most of the day and we skyped with the in laws but we did nothing else. We saw no one and didn't go out.

I would say an 8 for us - a quiet day with my family, kids mostly behaved and so excited for Christmas. It was exhausting though!

Mine was a 9. Fabulous day with family and friends. I only deducted a point due to my sister arriving late afternoon and completely taking over the conversation from then until midnight. This is nothing new, but frustrating nonetheless.

    Overall a 5
The lead up was awful. Im sure it will be seen as our fault.
Xmas eve - I bit off more than I could chew and was exhausted
Everything else was ok to good but overall a 5

Im gunna say 6-7 mainly because i find that im always so busy i dont get to relax and enjoy the day.
Even though everyone brought food to our house so i didnt have to cook everything i still found that i had to set it all up, pack it all away etc whilst all other adults seemed to be enjoying a drink.

Plus had to have my house clean for visitors and then of course clean up again after they left - mammoth task with 3 kids under foot

I'd say a 6 only because my oldest DS choose to have Christmas elsewhere. Everything else went fine, no family arguments, food was good, kids had a ball.

    8. Good variety of food. Kids played together and got along. Chance to catch up with most of my siblings. I have a very big family.

About a 6 as i was really tired from working. Would of been a 6 regardless of what shift i did at work as i would of been rostered on but night shift really wrecked me as i felt rushed the night before, come home cook breakfast for everyone, open presents and only get a few hours sleep. Same went with boxing day, rushed with work, even less sleep than the day before.
