    Breakfast - croissants with leg ham off the bone and cheese.

    Snacks - mars bar fudge, cheezels, Camembert and crackers

    Lunch - prawns, ham, potato salad, crunchy noodle Chinese salad

    Dinner - scallops in the half shell, some with garlic butter and some with a Parmesan crumbling and leftover salad and prawns

    Dessert - lemon meringue pie and trifle

    Not bad considering it will just be myself DH and DS!

    These mine sounds great, full just reading them.

    Breakfast - egg Benedict (from our of ham)

    Lunch - prawns with homemade seafood sauce. Lobster (not sure how yet maybe just natural). Toss salad and potato salad. Ham bread rolls.

    In the afternoon were having friends over so just cheese platter, pavlova and fruit platter.

    I'll be a work for dinner so probably a toasted sandwich and leftovers.
