We are having prawn cocktails, fish and scallops, with potato salad and deviled eggs. With jelly and mini pavlovas for dessert. It doesn't sound like much but there are only 2 and a half of us so it will be heaps!

We are doing a cold lunch this year. I'm gigantic and tired so feel pretty proud of myself that I'm doing as much as I am.

    Snacks:
    homemade shortbread
    dip cheese and bickie platter
    nuts, chips etc

king prawns with my homemade seafood sauce
    cold ham
    roast chicken
    bacon and egg potato salad
    garden salad

    pav for dessert

I'm debating whether to do a potato bake now..... would that be too much with the potato salad as well?

We had christmas lunch today. I got my MIL to bring a nibbles plate for entree. For lunch i did cold roast chicken and ham, curried rice salad, bean salad, potato egg and bacon salad, seafood salad and pasta salad. For desert i made a choc ripple cake and my mil brought a chocolate cheesecake.

I am now well and truely stuffed full of nommy food.
