Hopefully it will create enough negative ions to eliminate all the bad things in my house... 😏and it's helping air pollution... Awesome! 😳

LOL! Do these actually work?! I'm overly sceptical, obviously.

The look in my face when I opened it would have been priceless.
There's no evidence to support salt lamp therapy. But they do look very pretty!

Really? I'm not a fan of the look!!! My DH loves it though. I think it will become my DS's night light!

Yup. Yet another product sold with big claims that have never been proven.

Lol I got one of those lights too, I don't believe the claims but I think it looks nice on, it casts a lovely light.

I actually did really, really well this year.

Poor DS got a bit dudded though, he is 4.5 and all the toys he got from extended family were way too young for him.

With the salt lamp, mine ended up with a lot of condensation (we live in a humid place) and blew up the light in it plus ruined my computer desk, keyboard, printer and anything else on the bench with it and rusted a pair of nail clippers. Take care where you place it!

Right now it's on my bedside table, next to my head.

    *goes to move it immediately!*

ETA: thanks for the warning ☺️

I bought DS one of those lamps and he was terrified of it!

Given that I have a post nasal drip now I'm going to use it!

They are meant to be left on 24/7. If you turn it off (or live in a humid environment) they will sweat i have one in the lounge room and love it. Throws just enough light for the kids to go to the loo at night without any other light.
