    Default Fitbit users out there?

    Struggling to get my last 1000 steps in and DF has suggested that we walk to our favourite kebab shop to get them done ... I know he's going for a beef kebab with the lot and I'm craving falafel!! I've had an alright day with my diet so I think I'll let this one slide ....

    Great idea Qrazelna! I had a shocker day with two lots of visitors (sitting around) and out for dinner and back to a friend's place (sitting around). Got home at 10:30pm and had to walk nearly 3000 steps to reach my goal. Days like this don't happen very often so I know I won't have to do it all the time. I think it's great combining a walk with a pleasant meal, treat or location. And you did well over 8000 so it obviously paid off!

    I'm finding it hard to remember to put the band on! holiday at the moment so I take it off to swim then it sits in my bag for hours until I remember it

    Enjoy your holiday Mmumm! There aren't any prizes. Sounds like you are keeping very active. I'm sure once you are home and back to routine the motivation will come in handy.

    LITF I don't have a Jawbone but it should sync within 10 mins to Matchup when you sync with Jawbone's native app. Is it a different number or not syncing at all? If you approve our friendship I can have a look.

    I often walk up and down my hallway of a night if I can't get my steps up

    Looks like a great website Qrazelna. Will have to look at it in more detail. I've always tracked calories through MyFitnessPal (which was great) but as long as I was coming under my calories didn't always look at the healthfulness of food. My major problem is I eat mindlessly and sort of binge on bad foods. I am now trying an app which is a photo journal (See How You Eat). I've told myself I can eat anything as long as I photograph it first. It's helping me be mindful of my eating and visually shows that there isn't enough green or healthy stuff. Your website might have ideas for better snacks and meals.
