    I'm already behind the 8 ball lol. Meant to walk to gym this morning but my mum is coming to stay over now so that has gone out the window.

    I'm soooo tired today... Usually walk a lot after work but think not today!! 😴😴 Lucky if I get to 2k steps... Will have to catch up tomorrow 🚶🚶🚶

    I'm with you Bec! Way too much junk over here! At least the activity still does some good for me but I hope that I will (eventually) get back to better eating habits. Met the target for two days so that's something...
