    Curious i have a brand new small size slate band would anyone be interested in trading it for a large in a different colour? Big ask but just seems silly for it to sit in the box

    I can only imagine! I struggle to get my lazy butt up to 10,000 steps and I'm at home all day! Don't think I would be doing as well as you if I was working

    Smooches I have a large slate and black I don't use. Feel free to PM me and I'll send them to you.

    10,000 takes work, especially in a desk job. I had to walk before, after and at lunch time (just small amounts) and I didn't have children at the time! It's funny how they say you 'only' have to do 10,000 a day for heart health. I don't think many people would easily do that unless they were on their feet all day.

    I'm happy that so far I'm 2 for 2. I am aiming for 4/7 so more than 50%.

    Everyone is doing well. It's nice to have so many participants.

    How is the Charge RaRa? Bec you were so close on Monday!

    It's great to see everyone is staying above 5000.

    Been a bit slack this week. Monday I had to go to the city was very close but hubby went for a walk without me so i could cook dinner (would've been too late otherwise). Probably won't get my walk in tonight either but have a bit of general walking around to do at least I hope everyone is well
