Haha Bec! DH suggested I just fill it and use it for my 6 month goal rather than my ultimate goal which will seem impossible. So I want to empty the jar in 6 months, but there are 8 pebbles to a kilo so I'll probably trick myself into thinking I am making great progress!

Loving the glass jar idea. I think I may give it a go as that would really help me.

As Qrazelna said it's a great visual for motivation (now anyway!). I had to buy all the bits and it was quite cheap!

I have a marble for each 100g because even though it is a lot to start, it looks like I am achieving more faster

Think I'm going to change mine to 100g. It would feel like I'm losing more weight and keep me motivated to stay on track. I have a total of 25kg I would like to lose but I'm happy with 10kg by my sons first birthday (end of may). I'm already 1kg down so I feel like I can get that.

I think 100g is a great idea. If I could fit 100 pebbles in that candle holder I would. A nice easy number and a reminder for weeks when you only lose 100 or 200g that it is still a move in the right direction.

I'm not use to wearing the UP, so I forgot to put it on after my shower this morning and missed out on heaps of steps.

Everyone seems to be going pretty well so far.

Oops! I often do that after swimming. I haven't logged into matchup. It never lets me on my phone so i got crabby with it. Still trying to keep my steps up though
