Hopefully someone can help… I know that on the back of most shake 'meals' it says do not have while you're pregnant and breastfeeding. Is that because is it bad for you in some way or because it does not create a balanced diet compiling of all of your caloric and nutritional needs?
I ask this because I quite enjoy them in the morning. As I cannot really keep much else down until lunch time, I was hoping I'd be able to consume one of these in the morning so that at least I'm getting something and it would make my stomach feel more comfortable until I can eat normal food.
I am not trying to lose wight - actually, I am tying to have something in my tum!
