I do my temps as soon as I wake up at 7/7.30 every morning.
    AF day 1-4,
day 6-9 OPKs were *technically negative but I could see the test line getting darker everyday. Temp was 36.4-36.5
day 10, positive OPK (as dark as control line) temp: 36.42
Day 11 (stupidly) didn't do OPK or temp.
Day 12, OPKS negative! Test line almost completely gone, but now temp drop!! 36.10
Day 13, neg OPK temp 36.09
Day 14, temp rised a tiny bit to 36.25

Is it just me, or does this seem odd?? If I did O day 11, I feel like my temps are delayed?? & it hasn't even risen properly yet? I'm soo confused.
CM is useless for me... I don't really have any ever... Especially EWCM (but I know I do ovulate)
With pcos your body can attempt to ovulate a few times before you actually ovulate which is why your temps can be a bit over the place. Opks can also be incorrect for people with pcos.

It was impossible for me to tell if I had actually ovulated until my temps were up for over 5 days.

I knew that about OPKs but thought mine were being more accurate!
Thanks so much. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing! Hopefully when I get AF I'll be able to back track and work it out!! X

The problem with opks are that show the surge of hormones. So you can get a surge without actually ovulating.

    It's hard I know. Xx

My charts looks like that.. Veey up and down and one or two dips in the tww too.. I am ovulating so hopefully its the same for u. As long as the temps stay above that red line then I would say u ovulated

    Looks good @Bub077

Hopefully you don't need to temp anymore cycles, but if you do, you will find similarities from month to month that make it easier to predict what's coming.
