    Default any advice/success stories using soy isoflavones? TTC1st/pcos

    Help. TTC 1st pcos
    1st Cycle using Soy Isoflavones to "induce ovulation"

    Any advice or success stories would be great!

    Update -
    TTC 1st - PCOS
    1st Cycle using Soy Isoflavones
    I take them with dinner @ night.
    Only side effect are headaches & nausea. (Could be due to other causes though/also taking prenatal vitamin & vitamin D)

    CD 2 160mg
    CD 3 160mg
    CD 4 160mg
    CD 5 200mg - Today
    CD 6 200mg

    Fingers crossed for ovulation! [fingersx]

    Hi I just saw this thread. There's another thread for soy isoflavones but I don't think anyone is currently using them. I took them for the same reason as you and now have a 3 month old

    I got a positive opk this cycle (first cycle using si) but no bfp, am going to try progesterone cream also this cycle to help.
    Can you tell me what cycle days & dosage of soy you used?

    I started on cd 2. I took 2 tablets for 3 days then 3 tablets for 2 days. I didn't ovulate til cd 35ish.
