    Ride it out.
Don't try to control it - it's s developmental leap.
The more you fight it the harder it us for you.
    It's not your fault.
    It will pass.
    It sucks.

There are many more sleep regressions after this one. Sorry.

Best advice - google "ask moxie" sleep regressions

This is when I had to start working on my dds sleeping habits, because we didn't have any before, eek! But there's not much you can do. Pop bubs in the carrier if you can, get someone to babysit a couple of hours so you can have an uninterrupted nap, go easy on yourself and remember things like not every dinner has to be a hot meal (baked beans on toast and sandwiches are fine!). Honestly it's not too bad if you just accept it.. as pp mentioned there are going to be plenty more!

Thank you! Hopefully it doesn't last to long.. DD has been an awesome night sleeper for about the last 4 or weeks 6pm-5am and for a couple of days her day sleeps were fantastic now im pretty sure she thinks she's a big girl and doesn't need to sleep.. ever!

My mantra was and still is 'this too shall pass'. Ride it out, you will have your sleepy little bub back soon enough.

I googled this when bub was about 3 months and I started noticing a change. I didn't want her becoming a 20-minute cat-napper like our first. The following two articles really helped:
