Look I'm totally supportive of any religion… Really any... But now that I know one of my favourite cafes is run by evangelists and a local meeting spot for evangelists I dunno it's kind of ruined for me. I was sitting there today listening to the great (non religious) music, writing, watching the rain… Then I saw these guys next to me acting weird… I was like yo what are you guys doing? They told me they were evangelist healers and they asked me if they could pray for me and heal me.

I'm open minded so I was like sure why not? They were all so did you feel that? Me: "Errrr I don't want to lie to you guys but I felt nothing…" They told me the cafe was a hot spot for evangelist and the spiritual… I just can't go back now. It's kind of like when my Mum asked to sit in on my Mother's group… It just feels wrong... I really liked that place.

    Wow! That's dedication for you!
We've been on the market since before Christmas so aside from festive period we've been having one a week for the last 2.5months! Soooo over it. 😣 Just gone down to having them only fortnightly now. Fingers crossed a buyer comes along soon for both of us!

Why is it literally ever time i have an appointment or im having a visitor ds will not go to sleep?

So then at the important appointment i end up spending the entire time walking around carrying an overtired cranky screaming baby who totally loses the plot if i try to put him down.

Why do i even bother having appointments or inviting people over??

I have this exact problem too. I suffer from anxiety also and I think they pick up on the heightened anxiety we feel because we know we are going to have to go through the whole rigmarole. It's frustrating. I don't have any advice just hugs and a lot of empathy.

Thanks, he's finally asleep after 40 mins of hysterical screaming. Im betting he'll only sleep for half an hour though as no way was he going to settle himself this morning so i was in there patting him & he always wakes after 30 mins if he doesnt settle himself. So he'll still be overtired & screaming by the appointment, which is great given i am having someone out to help with introducing solids, so i really dont need a screaming ds when we are trying to feed him. Why do i even bother?
