I didn't even know you could make an appointment! I thought you had to go and give your details to the smug person with the iPad who rolls their eyes when you ask "how long do you think it might be?" And then be sent to the black chairs (long wait) or the green chairs (super long wait)

Call ahead to your local branch and make an appt for day and time. Then you walk in, give your name to the smug person and say you have an appt with Joe Bloggs and then your wait should be a comparatively short time.

With the money these people get paid (and yes, I do know- one of my BFF's works at C'link) they could at least smile and not let us know they judge us!

I really like creepy ones - well I do now! When DS is creepy I'll probably regret saying that!

I wish I could pinpoint exactly what is making me unhappy. I hate this.

Massive hugs. Hate not knowing why when I'm unhappy

My Dad wants to come and see DS. Sometimes my dad is hard work (love him to bits) so I need to be in the right frame of mind to have him here.
He texts yesterday and asks to come over this morning. I say yes and say I'll text him in the morning to let him know if it's a good time.
I text at 845am. He says "great see you soon". It's now 1 hour 40 mins later and he's still not here. He lives about 1km away. So even if he crawled on his hands and knees, he would be here by now.
For the record, nothing has happened . There is no emergency that has kept him. This is classic dad!
