You know when it's January on facebook. Everyone is doing exercise or a new diet, trying to quit smoking, or planning a holiday.

I'm eating brownies, too lazy to exercise, don't smoke and can't afford a holiday. My facebook is pretty standard 12 months of the year

Sweetie stop trying to give up on it before you have given it a go. These people are going to finally see what you are going through and try to help you and ds. Please go into with a positive attitude otherwise nothing will change. Try to think of today as a new beginning to something better.
I know its hard to get out of that negative mindset as its something I am working on myself atm but you can do this

I'll cry if I call. Already been crying I'm goi g to pick her up at 12 so it's not too overwhelming for her.

I've never been away from her this long before. It's heart breaking.

You WILL get the help you need. It WILL work when you let the team at the school lead and show you techniques and schedules for sleep. It did for me and my daughter was one of the worst they'd seen!

Thanks heaps for the passive aggressive birthday card, former MIL. I moved two hours away, not to the northern hemisphere ffs, and I have lived here for 6 years apart from that year of hell after I had DS. Get off your **** and visit like I've always said you can instead of acting so effing hard done by. Signing the card Nana shows me where your heart really is.

And hey, just so you know, I blame you for the way your son has turned out so don't even start on me.
