You can get stuff called colour run from the supermarket and it works really well, just make sure you follow the instructions properly (ie use both sachets, not just one). It may take a couple of goes to get rid of it all but that stuff works wonders.

Thanks for the tips but I've already ditched the clothes. Good excuse to go shopping.

Yay for your first day of work
When you realise you can keep living your life and return to "somewhat normal " it's very liberating - albeit exhausting at times!!!

Arghhh! I just want to yell all the swear words at dd and her stupid non-sleeping ways. Every once in 3 months or so she will have a good night and only wake 3-4 times. But the nights after always directly come from hell.
Over it. 17 months old ffs.

Hang in there. DS was the same until about 19/20 months. Now he sleeps through more often than not, or wakes just once. I didn't do anything different. He was just $hit and got better x

Thanks. I'm usually pretty patient but its all mounting up. Yesterday after trying to get her to sleep for 2.5 hrs I left her in her cot to put the boys to bed and she went into psychotic screaming mode, I came back but then decided to give her some medicine (cutting molars) and she completely lost it and jumped out of her cot. I heard a thump and cake back in to find her getting up off the floor.
Last night it took over an hour to get her to sleep, and by 10 she was awake and wanting to party again. I got into bed with her and she just tolled around squawking until midnight when we had some dymadon. (Hence my late night posting) I finally got her to sleep and then she is up at 5:30 ready to start the day!
The hours of sleep she is losing each night is mounting and I'm just about at breaking point.
I might just dose her up before her bedtime and see how we go...

Ouch. Perhaps she's about to start walking while reciting Shakespeare and juggling chainsaws or something? Then it'll all be worth it :-)

The bin truck came this morning at 6am and woke both kids up. Now they are tired and grumpy. Hate bin truck man right now, usually he comes around 4pm.
