    Hi All,

    Happy Australia Day for tomorrow.

I am CD45 9DPO today, going to wait till Sat to poas (not an early tester!).

Hope to see a few more bfps for you all soon.

Mylifeismkids - if this cycle doesn't work for me I am going to try vitex next cycle. My cycles are a bit all over the place with pcos.

    Elly

I've started taking vitex (thompsons 1000mg) and has worked wonders. Gone from 200+ day cycle down to 35 days had 3 cycles now. Still continuing to take it good luck ladies

@ELLEBELL Vitex really does work! I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and have just ovulated! which is amazing as I don't ovulate often (4 times a year max) because of PCOS. I do believe that it was also the reason I fell pregnant the first time as I was taking it a couple of weeks beforehand- although it did end in a MMC.
    Goodluck!

Those of you who have tried vitex, has anyone had any bad side effects? I am first month off the pill and currently cd38. I have read a bit on it and don't know if I should start it without speaking to my doctor.

None at all. Just a vast improvement in my cycle. Good luck!

This month will be interesting if i am 28days or more.

    As for side effects none.
