so haven't really posted much, but been quietly following along. Just wanted to say I had previously been dabbling in the 'gluten free' part of the endometriosis diet and seen some results regarding my symptoms improving. Anyway, right after all our friends left from visiting for New Years, I went really strictly on the diet. It's almost paleo, but not quite. It's no dairy, soy, gluten, caffeine, added sugar, or pig meat; only eating brown rice and avoiding red meat mostly. I am feeling healthy and haven't had any endo symptoms yet this month, but AF is still two weeks away, so I'll be able to give a more accurate report then. Hoping it will help resolve my endo and help me conceive. I've read several success stories so hoping it will work for me
Ladies, I did a frer and BFN no hint of a line 10dpo
That's how I feel! Thankfully I went to a pilates class tonight which totally relaxed me. I know there's probs a 5% chance my bfp could come this cycle, but not hopeful. I'll test again Friday morning as I have a farewell for one of the managers at work that night. If it's a BFN then, it's champagne and cocktail time!! Ugh I'm so effing frustrated to say the least.
I'm out. Af came last night a whole 8 days early. I have to call my FS this morning to let them know so i can start treatment. it works first go
