Ive been chart tracking since May last year but have only been TTC the last few cycles
It's hard to say when someone will ovulate following a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy. There's no wrong or right time though
Eta: just like @EnPointe has mentioned, there's no harm in bding

Im not reglious but my husband is and when we got married through a catholic church. We were made to do premarriage education and they offered a fertility appointment which is where i learnt all about temp charting and mucus etc. It was really good to have someone sit us and discuss and show us how it works and also a follow up appointment after the first month to see how we did. I came off the pill for the first time in 10 years. So this was a whole new world for me
Yeah neither did i!! Its called Catholic Marriage and Fertility Services in WA i would assume you be able find something similar if you are looking for any help or guidance. Like i said, im not religious and she didnt talk about anything to do with reglion.
Patience is key when TTC hey!! Always waiting to O, 2ww or for AF. I think since I've started TTC my patience has gotten a smidgen better haha
