    @sarahjane914 I was taking vitex for a few months, however i believe it was the acupuncture session i had done before my fertile period, that allowed me a long enough lp to conceive.

    Well just took an opk and it was neg but i still have ewcm??

    Thanks, I have been doing acupuncture for about a month now hopefully it's doing some good. Each week the tea is getting stronger and harder to drink.

    A little bit of spotting and cramps. Could this be implation. Im CD 20 and my cycles are regular at 29 days

    It's more about how long it's been since you O'd. How many dpo are you?

    It needs to be at least 7/8dpo for implantation to occur but could be as long as 10/11dpo.

    I actually dont know. Not pinpointed on FF or using opk's. Maybe baby was useless

    Are you temping? Generally speaking, if AF is due in 8 days I would say it's too early to test. I was a poas addict though so shouldn't be giving out advice haha.
