My kids have just adjusted. The older ones love the babies and spending time with them and the babies just have to wait if I'm busy.

I have 4 daughters aged 2,4,5&7 (my middle 2 would be a similar gap to your baby and pregnancy, they were only 10months and 3 weeks apart).

Going from 3-4 was not what I expected. Number 4 was the baby that just fitted right in when I expected it to be crazy. She came everywhere, slept everywhere and just generally cruised. I did have a great routine when it came to the younger 3 though. DD1 had only started school so I made sure that 2,3&4 all had a sleep at the same time. I used that 2 hours to either catch up on house work, sleep or park my bum on the lounge.
As for sharing my time amongst all of the kids and even now nearly 3 years on I plan one on one time with the girls. DH is away a lot for work but when he is home I will alternate who I take grocery shopping then for lunch or a hot choc, dinner or going for a walk/ride. If I can't do that DH will do the one on one time with the girls instead.
