Question What age dry by night?????

My DD#1 is 3.5 years old and wears undies during the day.

However, the minute she goes to sleep she wees so is still in a nappy at night time.

What age did your kids stay dry overnight? I really can't remember how old my son was when he stayed dry all night.

    My DD isn't night-dry. She's 5.5 yrs old.
It happens anytime between the ages of 2 and 7. No big deal

My son is nearly 5 and unless we take him to the toilet at night, he's wet in the morning.

DS was day trained a few months before he turned 3. He was night trained within a few weeks after that. To this day he's never wet the bed.

From what I gather, this is fairly rare though.

Harry is in undies tonight for the first time. He toilet trained himself last weekend. Within 3 days he was doing wees and poos on the toilet and not having accidents. For the past 7 nights he has woken up dry in the morning and gone straight to the toilet to do a wee.

So we'll see how he goes tonight.

DD1 is in undies at night. She gets up and wakes daddy to go to the toilet. Started about a month after she started toilet training. So at about 2.5yrs old.

DD1 has been in undies at night, and dry, since about 2 weeks after we first started toilet training her (just after last christmas). She was 2.5 yrs.

Every child is different and will do it at their own pace. Do you put her on the toilet straight before bed? And no drinks for 1/2-1 hour before? This might help, otherwise i wouldn't worry too much. She'll get there in her own time....

DD1 (3 and a quarter) has just started waking up dry in the mornings most of the time (at least, more than half the time...)

OTOH she's only slightly day trained ... currently we're at the "can get away with only a couple of accidents per day if I completely ride herd on her and march her to the potty every hour and a half" stage. Soon may it end!

DS1 was 2.5, it didn't take him very long from when we started tt with him to when he stopped wearing a nappy at night. He's been trained for just over a year now.
DS2 is proving a little more difficult, though he is also about 6 months younger than when we started with DS1.
