Today I spent $90, that's for the week, me, 2 kids and 2 indoor cats. Would have been $75 if it wasn't for the kitty litter, but that litter will last 4 weeks now.

I will have to go back for another loaf of bread and milk and some lunch meat on Sunday for dd1 to have school lunches, maybe more fruit too, probably another $25 worth.

I seriously only buy some meat, fruit, vegetables, milk, bread, rice crackers, chicken stock cubes, yoghurt, milk, soap, dish washing liquid, vinegar (for cleaning) and once in a while I buy laundry detergent, which I dilute by half to make it go further.

I cannot get my grocery bill any lower than $100 all inclusive, no matter how hard I try.

Between 100 and 150 depending on the specials and if something is on a super special I will stock up.

That's for 2 adults, 1 teen boy that NEVER stop eating, 2 teen girls and 2 children with the occasional extra adult.

Can I ask how you do it so cheaply? I would love to get our food bill down but I don't want to compromise on taste or health. Makes it hard!

I don't really know. Lots of homemade stuff lots of fruit and lots of cheap meals. I buy most my meat on clearance/special and stock up on things I use when it is on special.
