Let's hope those 2 are on their way to morulas tonight. & the other 10 have a bit of time to catch up after transfer. Glad nurse isn't worried about the old blood & hoping that's the last of it. Thinking of you & keep on keeping us updated. x

My blood test got messed up today, I was told I could go to the QML collection centre on the coast with my QFG form but apparently doing it that way my blood gets sent down to QFG to be tested. So now I won't have results until tomorrow. So I don't know where I stand in regards to pregynl booster and estrogen. I have had some fresh spotting this afternoon so worried estrogen is low as I know I dont respond well to estrogen tablets.

Heyside, how are things going? Spotting racked off? Were/are you able to transfer?? I'm hoping you have nothing but good news to report?!!!

Make sure you get demanding Hun... you're not so emotionally connected to this clinic so just be "that" patient stand up and shout to get what you want (and deserve!!!) if you need to Hun 💪🏼 If you know you don't respond well to oestrogen tablets, *strongly* let them know! 😁 I was on a high dose of oestrogen patches AND a heap of tablets. If you were told to call a particular place/number for results and no one was there....bring that sh!te up at your next appointment and ask what other numbers you can have for back-up next time! If your bloods get stuffed around....get the clinic to immediately fax QML another request for repeat bloods and make sure the new form is clearly marked for QML to keep them to test in their own laboratory! If you go straight to any GP and explain what happened with your bloods, they'd write you another request for sure. Ok, mini-empathy-rant over 😡😉😁

Please have good news for us today Xxx 😘🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

@Ladydee - I have had a little bit of a stressful day hun, i still had some slight spotting which was very watery this morning but spoke to Warren and he upped my meds and have had none since. I think your right about getting demanding after speaking to one of the receptionists earlier who said 'infuture so we dont have this issue and have to chace your results I suggest you use a qml form'. I was ready to blow as I kindly told her I had requested one and was told the form I had was sufficient.

I rang the embryologist this morning after we had just dropped DD off and was ready to set off to Brisbane. The signal wasn't good and it was hard to hear him but basically all he said was I only have one blast graded 4BC so a little low and I should ring Warrens office to ask him about transfer. Talk about blunt I didn't know where I stood.

When I rang Warrens office they put me straight through to him and he then explained that I also had several morulas which were just a day behind and he wanted to see what happens to them tomorrow to see if I have a better blast to transfer then. I also spoke to him about the bleeding and he has taken quick action upping my provera and progynova to 10 a day. Increasing my pessaries and also inserting 2 progynova inside me morning and night (found this one very odd) and I have had no bleeding since.

So guess its a waiting game again, its a risk but hopefully some will pull through and not be too far behind.

Turns out we have the one blast, 13 morulas, 2 weaker looking morulas and 3 other embryos that dont look to be progressing too well. So more than the embryologist implied.

As for my blood test results from yesterday they are still not in going to ring in a moment.

I'm sorry you've had to go through all that @Heyside So frustrating, infuriating and unnecessary too. At least you spoke directly with Warren & immediate action plan is in place. 24hrs is a lot in emby land so I really hope they start moving along nicely. Got everything crossed for you.

@Heyside, we had the exact same conversation with Warren on day 5. Nothing looked great, a few a day behind and he wanted to wait until day 6. It was the hardest 24hrs but one of our embryos caught up and hatched and I'm now 11 weeks pregnant and have 3 frosties!!!

There is hope and I do believe him when he says that if they don't survive in the lab they won't survive after transfer.

Best of luck tomorrow, I will be thinking of you.

Quick update from me ladies. Turns out we had 6 good looking blastys which I am extatic about. We put the one back that made it yesterday but it had developed into a grade 5AA. So so happy.
