Ok girls not good news for me, I got a phone call just before we left for the clinic. Our last embryo had been thawed this morning and left for two hours. Apparently it should shown some expansion in this time but nothing had happened. We were given the choice to go ahead with transfer anyway or cancel the cycle. After lots of tears and discussion we decided to go ahead and give it every chance although we understand there is not much possibility. When it came to actual transfer the embryo had slightly expanded. So we haven't much chance but i am currently pupo. I am going to stay away from bubhub for a little time I think as I am feeling pretty emotional and will return when I am ready to deal with things, trying to stay sain at the moment. Sorry if I miss anything while I am away.

Heyside - I am sorry to hear that and totally understand the time away, in fact I think that is a really good idea to just get away from all things fertility. I hope you're able to try and enjoy the time you've taken off as best you can. Will be hoping for a little miracle from the fighter. x

Heyside, I've been thinking of you so much and sending you cyber wishes of strength and peace. I also took some time off when I hit rock bottom and it did help me concentrate on just taking it one day at a time and coming up for some air. Don't forget how much I surprised myself with how helpful it actually was to go to a fertility counsellor (monthly) for a few months there.....it's great for giving you a different perspective when all you feel is doom and gloom with no ending in sight. Just a thought hun, I wish I could give you a big hug as well! I'll continue to wish nothing more than this emby of yours managing to surprise the socks off of you and turn into your super healthy sticky take-home bubba. Biggest of hugs Xxx

Kiki- how are you going hun? It must be getting closer to when you start getting some of your results?? As frustrating as I'm sure it is, I hope you're managing to make the most of your enforced break. I have been way way better at enjoying this pregnancy since I started feeling movements but to be honest, I find Im starting to get anxious again the closer it comes to having him.....still waiting for that something to go wrong. I'm hoping this anxiety racks off once he's here safe and sound as i can clearly see how ridiculous Im being but I really just can't help it.

Excited - Great to hear from you! Yay for feeling movements now, they are super reassuring huh? You guys are so strong with not finding out the sex. Luckily we did want to know as as soon as the sonographer started my 32week scan, the first thing we saw was a little willy and huge testies....😳 His feet were up on either side of his face with his bits for all to see. I can't believe you had HM for so long, you poor poor bugger, that would be awful! I bet the Clexane did make all the difference with you specially with all of your immune stuff going on. It could be contributing to (but not causing) your bleeding now but doing way more good than bad. Do you know where your placenta is? Mine was very low/anterior which I wonder if it was the cause of my bleeding? I never really found out. We could always see huge pockets of blood in my uterus but could not locate the source. I still get 1 drop here and there even though my placenta has apparently moved up to a grade 6....very literally just one drop each time of old-looking blood though thank goodness. I really hope your bleeding settles right down so you can get back to normal life and not have to keep going through all the anxious times of not knowing just how big a bleed each one will be....complete emotional torture that one!!

AFM- at my Ob appt last week at 34 weeks, I learnt that my womb/bub is about the size of a 38 weeker so yup....I'm hugemongous! 😳 Three weeks today until I can finally, finally meet this not-so-little dude. I've been on/off pregnant since November 2013 so as much as I feel blessed and I love it, it'll be kinda nice to have my body back to myself!

@Ladydee OMG you're 34w!! & size of a 38er is great, cooked just right so might even mean they make a slightly early or even timely arrival ? I am just so happy that you're here & even though you've been through hell since 2013 it's worth it when you have the little man in your arms.. Anxiety sucks but hopefully that quickly eases when he's arrived. I really can't express how happy I am for you & it's kind of odd since I've never actually met you.. that's bubhub hey?!

Haven't really enjoyed my time off as planned, here I thought I'd get a holiday in & get fit & do all these things that I may not be able to do if/when but nope been moping around being a big sad sloth. I've got one of my results - NK cells are quite high (@ 28?) so will be on daily prednisone & clexane injections after transfer. Awaiting other results before we can get going.

How are you @Excited1 ? have you been discharged ?
