I don't look for a week and come back to all this amazing news!! Wow!!

A few BFP's and some in the TWW. It really is all happening at Christmas time and I hope we are all moving forward in our TTC journeys.

Mrs Hopeful, congrats on your precious bundle, Harper, beautiful name!!

Ladydee congrats on your BFP, amazing news

Thatwldbme, good luck for the rest of your TWW. Patience is something I struggle with when it comes to my self. I'm fine with other people...busy time of year so I guess it helps a bit.

Heyside, hope you got the answers you were looking for. You certainly have a wealth of knowledge to share with others. I hope you find comfort over the festive season and enjoy time with family and friends until you continue your TTC journey.

S234...I tested on my last cycle until my trigger and top ups had warn off, it was 12dpo...haven't had to use pessaries yet...my FS doesn't like them. But I'm wondering whether I need them to help get a sticky one!

    RD15, happy jabbing

Just a quick update on me, had my first scan Friday, a lead follie at 11mm, had second scan today with the impression I would be triggering, lead follie couldn't be found but two other follies at 15 & 14mm. FS thinks I may have already ovulated without the trigger so had bloods and will find out where to go from here tomorrow. If I have then hopefully we caught it...if not scan and trigger Friday for the 15mm follie. I will try and keep you informed, today was my last day off before Christmas so things are going to get crazy!!

Hope everyone finds time to relax and be merry with family and friends xx

S234 - I can imagine time dragging for you the tww is awful isn't it, my clinic would have asked me test by now on an ovulation induction cycle with a trigger so I think you will be fine to test - good luck hope you get your bfp.

RD15 - Hope the jabbing goes well hun and you feel good as you start this cycle, good luck.

Mrswokie - Nice to see positive news in the thread isn't it - gives us all hope. Sounds like things are a little confusing for you at the moment hope you get some answers and however it works out hope you manage to catch that egg.

AFM - I finally got my answers the nurse from my old clinic who I will be returning too looked phoned me today she looked at my file and history and decided it will be a good idea to start the pill again as otherwise I will be put back another 6 weeks. Strange I am getting to the point now when I can predict protocol and what is good for me in all this fertility stuff - obviously been at this too long lol! Also told to stop the melatonin which I am pleased about as I feel like a walking zombie every morning when DD wakes me lol!

Hi everyone, I have been feeling really sick since last night, it started with what I thought was severe period pains (unusual as I don't usually get period pain but I am due af after my EPU). I went to bed early last night with a heat pack and thought it would ease but it suddenly go much worse and I went very pale and started feeling sick and faint. DH thought maybe it wasn't period pain after all and maybe something I had eaten but I am not sure, the camps didn't feel the same as gastro cramps, more like a constant dull ache. Do you girls think this could be OHSS related with the expected arrival of af?? I have started to feel a little better from lunch time today and finally managed to get out of bed, have also had some slight spotting with arrival of af.

Hmmm @Heyside, I really don't know?? Can you ring your FN's just to run it by them and see if it's something they've heard of before?? Your body sure has been through a whole lot so I wouldn't be surprised if it is something to do with all of that. Is your urine output still going ok compared to how much you're drinking and all that? No dark wee's? I dare say you've probably got some super thick lining in there too that if it's going to start to break off, might not feel the best....maybe you're gearing up for one heck of a bleed? Hope it continues to get better xx

Thank goodness you chased them up about your next cycle and starting the pill so you didn't wait all that time only to be told to go on the pill!!! Did they mention what type of FET they will want you to do?

Thanks Ladydee, yeah I still have good urine output and trying to keep up the fluids just in case it is related, may just be some sort of bug that I have caught though, hoping it continues to improve also. I think you might be right about the lining, it measured 10.3 just before trigger which is the most it has ever measured, over the last two years I have only had very light af's so slightly heavier would be good, time will tell I suppose. Very pleased I chased the clinic up and can get started on pill soon. No mention of what type of FET they are going to do will have to wait until I see my FS so he can outline a protocol.

@thatwldbme - are you sitting pretty in your TWW now?? What date are your bloods? Good luck! Xx

S234 - test test test! Have you succumbed yet? I have no idea how anyone can possibly wait until a nurse tells you?! Ha ha, best of BFP luck xxxx

Yay for getting started @RD15 That's so awesome that your clinic lets you cycle over Christmas.....my clinic closes over Christmas and waiting is the pits! Best of luck x
@mrswokie - I sure hope you did catch that egg! How will your clinic know before deciding to trigger those other big follies? Good luck Hun and I hope you don't get too hammered with the Christmas work rush

AFM - nothing new....still just waiting waiting waiting for my scan on Tuesday. It's actually the exact same day of year that I found out about my very first m/c last year via a scan.....hmmm, not sure how I feel about that!

I just wanted to do a quick update. I had a scan yesterday @ 6w3d. Saw the heartbeat and that there is only one, that's a relief! Due on the 8th August. I think I'm not going to believe it's real until 12 week scan. DH wants to keep it a secret until then, I don't know how I'm going to cope with that. Just fingers crossed I don't miscarriage like last time.
Congrats Ladydee on ur BFP! I'm sure your scan will go fine on Tuesday and you will have a wonderful Christmas!

@Heyside, have you done much research into FET's along the way? I really don't know much at all but the three types of cycles that I have heard of are - a "natural cycle" where you just monitor and follow your own cycle and transfer an emby 2/3/5 days after ovulation. The other one is a medicated one where I think it's like a FSH/IUI cycle and they ignore the egg/s you O and transfer your emby 2/3/5 days after O'ing. Then there's the one I did...a mediated HRT FET where they suppress your own cycle with the same meds as menopausal women and just bring your levels and lining up to where it needs to be and call that "ovulation day" even though there is no O'ing taking place , then transfer your emby 2/3/5 days after your pretend ovulation day.

I think HRT FET cycles might be the most popular choice for PCOS patients because we don't have our own cycles but then there is the problem of your body making zero progesterone as you don't have a corpus lutetium so they have to make sure they keep in top of that via drugs. There are two other girls in my current IVF cycle thread who have the exact same problem as me with their Prog levels after HRT FET's. The good news is that we all three got our BFP's though I guess!

I have done the grown up decision and have decided to drive too.
