    Hi ladies,
Haven't been on here for a while so I've just been reading up a bit.

Congrats Ladydee!! So so happy for you 😄

Heyside, hoping you get some good news from the clinic soon! Like Ladydee I also had an HRT FET and I have PCOS too. I couldn't believe it when I read you were doing injections for your FET, I didn't think that was an option.

AFM - my little boy Cooper was born 6th Oct and is such a blessing.

Best wishes and my thoughts and prayers are with you all on this journey xxx

Ok ladies, I am officially PUPO, I am trying to think positively especially as my FS said even though we have been through so many ups and downs this cycle my lining and progesterone are both great so it can happen (and if we were doing a HRT cycle we would only be looking at the lining and if it was like it is now we would be going ahead as it is beautifully ripe). We actually saw a beautiful pic of the embryo that we were told we could take away but I decided to leave it at the clinic for now as don't want to get too connected. I start my cleaxane injections tonight and continue with my melatonin and CQ10. As my transfer was earlier than expected my lipid infusion probably didn't get done at the right time but surely it will give some benefit?

Excited - So sorry to hear you are having such a confusing and frustrating cycle like myself, I can't understand how the follicle could just disappear did they explain how this could have happened. Really hoping the follicles you have continue to grow and develop and you get to trigger soon. I feel your pain and not getting the service over a long weekend, on one of my OI cycles I was left too long over a normal weekend and had too many follicles by the Monday - if needed you would think a scan would be done.blessing.

Ladydee - Congratulations on all going well yesterday, so pleased for you that you are 3 weeks away from 20 week scan such a great point to reach

Kiki1 - Hope all is going well hun and you are getting some answers from your testing.

ELM13 - Great to hear from you hun, fabulous news to hear about Cooper, I remember the 4/5 month stage being so beautiful as my DD started to become more aware of everything going on around her. Enjoy every minute hun. As for my cycle thanks for the support hun, I think the only reason my FS suggested the injection cycle was for the natural progesterone but he even said today if things DO go wrong this cycle that's the way we will go.

PS - DH made me smile today and gave me hope, we were waiting in the clinic this morning and he opened one of this months magazines as we were waiting and he turned to the horoscope firstly reading his and then mine. Can you believe mine read - After a long journey which started around 2012 you will achieve your dream and finally get your goal this month. If that's not a sign what is lol!

I think you've got plenty to be positive about @Heyside .....good blastocyst, great lining and good Progesterone result = about as good a chance as ever that you'll get your take-home bubba at the end! Not to mention the added help from the Intralipids and Clexane Best of sticky luck to you Hun Xxx

Oh I love the horoscope reading too!

Thanks Ladydee, here's hoping all the positive things come together and bring us our miracle

AFM - I started my clexane last night, I found it so difficult I hovered with the injection for a long time . Found it so different to the FSH injections as it needs to be inserted so much more slower and found the needle much thicker - sure I will get use to it. Ovaries are very achy at the moment after the stimulating not sure if its the size of them which was seen at scan or the fact follicles were still left?

How are all you ladies going? All good I hope Xx
@Heyside - how are those ovaries feeling?? I wonder if the stim rules of extra protein & water would help any? How did your second Clexane injection go? I found some needles were sharper/some more blunt within the same box!

How are you going @Excited1? x

AFM - I took the plunge and Facebook announced! Very scary and no turning back now!!!

@Ladydee hey!! Thanks for asking have been MIA last few days, just been insane. I ended up triggering last night, everything was sort of ready on fri but lining was still a bit thin. E2 came back high so they wanted to wait til sun which made me feel a bit better. I thought tues would be too long but didn't want to trigger on fri.

So ET on sat yay! Feeling much better about this cycle and a bit excited. Sort of here is a question for you though. If I started on clexane during this cycle for my broken ankle, would you think there would be a need to continue for the whole first tri if I get a BFP? I actually have an autoimmune disease and whilst it's never been an issue, I don't like the thought of stopping the clexane halfway through the 2ww... Makes me uncomfortable. More than the injections themselves- geez they hurt!!
@Heyside ice before and after the clexane works a treat! I don't really feel them if I hold an ice pack on for a few mins before. I ice after also to try and stop the bruising.

Ladydee - Great news that you have announced on facebook, love the photo too - so cute.

Excited - Glad to hear you have triggered, good luck with the transfer on Saturday, really hoping this cycle is the one for you . As for the clexane, my nurse asked my FS how long he wants me on injections for and apparently until I take a test and if successful I will only use them until I am 6 weeks, which surprised me slightly as I have heard of women taking them for the whole first tri, obviously its not an issue though.

AFM - Ovaries are still tender, spoke to my nurse today and it doesn't seem to be anything to worry about just the after effects of injections. I have kept up with the water and protein this cycle thanks Ladydee so hopefully that will help. My second injection of clexane was so much better last night, still stingy but I can cope I think lol! I think you are right about some being sharper than others Ladydee - will see how tonights goes. Can I ask you ladies though when should I expect the bruising to start as obviously my blood hasn't thinned out enough yet lol!

    Ooh lots of &
@Heyside Woohoo! You're on your way. Can't wait to hear your happy news on your little miracle. Also made me smile and let out an 'aww' @ the horoscopes. Another positive sign for you.
@Ladydee LOVE the announcement pic soooo cute. Congrats on making the big step.
@Excited1 5 days !! If you stopped the clexane could it potentially shock your immune sys?

AFM - Bloods fri still baseline. Bloods tomorrow. Had tube flush last thurs and although no results from FS the dr doing it said all looked good so that's a relief. DH also did sperm test that day too. Poor DH asked me to ring them today as he'd heard nothing & they'd said results would likely be fri. Imagine what he'd be like in the 2ww - let alone all the other wait outs we endure! (not to say they don't endure them too but personally I feel it seems to be a bit more us)
