@Heyside Good luck with tomorrow's scan. I really hope it's good news & back on track for FET.
@thatwldbme Woohoo! Congrats! You must be so relieved and over the moon

Thanks all for the welcomes, sharing and advice. I must admit I feel like, yet again, I really need to trust my gut instinct. It seems to have proven right on a few things the nurses @ the clinic have done over my cycles. I too, wondered why DH's sperm wasn't tested but figured maybe I was jumping the gun. I spoke with my FS today and FS has ordered DH's test & HSG for me so off to do that tomorrow. Feeling like we're moving forward and gaining a bit of control on what is somewhat uncontrollable. Thanks again! x

@mrswokie I'm so glad to hear you are ok, I have everything crossed a smoother journey from here x looking forward to hearing when you see a heartbeat.

@Ladydee can't believe you are 15w! That's so awesome hope you are enjoying being back at work and running around after your dd is not too hard on you.

@thatwldbme so happy you saw the heartbeat and are on track yay!! That's an awesome hr by the way

@kiki1 I think the advice you've had is great and I'm afraid nothing I can really add. You seem to be on track and hopefully you get started soon with whatever plan they come up with.

@Heyside can't believe your luck! Did they not check a LH surge before getting you to trigger? My clinic wait for the following 4 things to all happen- dominant follie to grow, lining of 8mm minimum, oestrogen over 800 and LH beginning to surge. I always have a thin lining with a dominant follie slow E2 and LH doesn't surge til last minute (which it's meant to do). I could totally be wrong but I thought that's how they knew you were about to ovulate- when LH surges. They trigger to make sure it actually happens and leaves a corpus luteum? Just so you know though, I totally still believe in your body hoping you get good news tom. Maybe get a repeats can also cause they can tell for sure if you have ovulated. Maybe you just need another trigger if it hasn't happened. I know other IVFers who have had to trigger twice.

Afm thanks for the reassurance ladies, I have no doubt my body is playing slow buggers and I'm quite ok with it by now. Repeat scan and BT on fri and judging by the sudden increase in EWCM and bloating/pulling going on I think i will be ready to trigger on Friday. It seems that my cycle is following @Heyside I woke up this morn to quite a lot of spotting! None since this morn though and same happened last time so not too stressed. Am incredibly bloated tonight though and am struggling to do my shorts up! Even my foot has settled which is nice. I'm feeling a lot more like my normal calm self in the last few days which is how I've felt during both my BFP cycles. So hopefully........!

Excited - Glad to hear you are feeling more positive in your cycle hun, hope it doesn't follow my cycle too much hun, seems like I am a one off and confusing everyone including my FS and the clinic. I can't rely on checking for an LH surge hun as I have a history of very high LH (usually) and in the past have been told I am ovulating when in fact I am not which is confusing so don't use the predictor kits.

Kiki1 - Sounds like you have things under control now hun, hope the tests come back fine and you can move forward with things with the clear mind knowing all is well and if not at least you know what you are dealing with.

Ladydee - I haven't used a double trigger in the past hun, seems I have confused my FS even further after todays scan and BT. My FS even had to consult with a specialist in Brisbane for another opinion - wondered if it could have been the doctor you saw?

AFM - Ok I went in for my BT today and it seems my progesterone has now risen from 11 (yesterday) to 54 today which has again confused my FS, I seem to be such an abnormal case . Apparently this tends to show I ovulated much earlier maybe Friday (although none of my results show a rising LH before of after the weekend, (seems we cant trust LH at all). I really feel like I ovulated yesterday though from the symptoms I had . So basically we now don't know where I stand in my cycle at all, my scan showed my endometrium is developing nicely as it should do (which is the important thing). My FS has consulted with a specialist in Brisbane who has suggested bringing the FET forward to Saturday to increase our chances. I don't think I can hold out too much hope again this cycle as things are just so much up in the air but who knows miracles can happen and I think I am about due for one.

@Heyside. Were your follicles no longer there? Could they find any corpus lutetium's? Are they going to be *s u r e* of what has happened/where you're at cycle-wise before puting one of your blasty's back?? I sure hope it was Dr DeAmbrosis they were consulting with in Brisbane (he's with QFG).

Would you consider making an appointment to go and see him directly yourself Hun? It doesn't mean you have to change to him if you don't want to (but I think you will ), he'll still give you his opinion on your past & present fertility issues and what he would recommend you do from here. His initial appointment will be over 2hours long and if it's the same as mine, he had another Fertility specialist/obstetrician sit in on the appointment and they throw back and forth ideas and opinions to each other in front of you and give you lots of literature to take home and read afterwards. They'll ask you like, 10 times if you have any questions throughout the appointment too. It was $200-and-something and you get some of that back from Medicare. He does have a massive waiting time but since you don't work, you could emphasise to them that you could get there ASAP if there were any cancellations. I got a call at about 8am for a 2:20pm cancelled appointment. You could always cancel if you change your mind or better yet, get your BFP before the appointment comes around??

He is renown for being the "second-opinion-guy" and I just SO want things to start changing for you Hun and it hurts my heart to see you going through so much cr@p over and over and over again. A baffled clinic and FS doesn't sound too good to me Xxxxx

You said this perfectly. I really want this to work for @Heyside and I think the feeling of what the hell is going on and everyone thinks I am too hard is such a horrible feeling. So glad @Ladydee can provide evidence there are docs who will throw all ideas around and really work to get the BFPs. Not saying that yours isn't!!! Just saying sometimes fresh people have fresh ideas

Really hoping things turn around. Sending huge hugs @Heyside and support is always here!

Ladydee - Thanks for your reply hun I really don't know what I would have done without this thread and you girls over the last year and a half and you have been here from the beginning and supported me the whole way I cant thank you enough. I still had follicles on my scan but the biggest one only measured 16 so my biggest follicle wasn't there - I didn't know that could even happen that you could ovulate some but not others if that even is what has happened. My fs is confident I have ovulated at some point due to the progesterone level we are just not sure when. There is now no way of now knowing exactly where I am cycle wise I think between my FS and whoever he spoke to in Brisbane they have just decided Saturday is my best option, which is a very scary thought when we only have 3 blasty's but I do trust my FS and know he is doing the best for me and that shows by the fact he consulted with someone else. He actually said today he isn't out of tricks yet and if he does think he cant treat me anymore he would tell me and send me to someone else, its funny we have such a strong relationship with him now after so long and us being there so often now, think we deserve our own parking spot with our name on a plaque lol! I don't think I want to leave my fs at the moment I am happy with all he is trying and would be happy to try a HRT cycle if this one doesn't work - hope that would be more straight forward. I will keep your idea of seeing your dctr in my mind but see how we go from here.

Excited1 - Thanks hun and you are right its definitely not a nice feeling knowing you are such a difficult case and no one has the answers and maybe down the line a second opinion is needed - we will see.

So girls I start the pessaries tonight and my transfer will be early Saturday morning all I can do is hope for the best. I speak to my FN tomorrow so will see what her opinion is on everything.

Yeah, I completely understand Heyside.....I've been with my FS/Ob all through TTC my dd, my PCOS diagnosis, my pregnancy and birth with her. Now also since July 2013 and well.....you know everything I've been through since then. Even though I do believe I would've lost this bub ages ago if it wasn't for Wazza's in-put this cycle .........I am STILL with my old FS who is now, once again, my Ob. It's not easy to build that level of trust and rapport with a doctor so I definitely get it. Did I tell you he told me he'll be away up until my due date? They usually perform C-sections at least a week earlier so I either have to change Ob's or wait for him....... it's SO hard to let him go so I'm still trying to decide what to do.

If you ever did consider getting a second opinion with Dr WDA, he is booking about 6/7 months in advance if you don't put your name down for cancellations.

I'm glad your FS still has some ideas up his sleeve though I hope he never needs to try them with you as I very much hope you get your much deserved sticky BFP in 2 weeks time with your beautiful blasty-bub. I can't even emphasise how much I want this for you Xxx

@Heyside glad you have confidence in your FS and he still has some ideas, its so important when you spend so much of your life doing this!
@Ladydee how are you going? Are you feeling any better about the pregnancy? It must be so hard having been through what you have.

AFM had my BT this morn and they weren't going to scan. Told a white lie and said they had told new the other day they were going to! Lining still only 7, and my right ovary has 'lost' the 15mm follie and my left now had a 15mm??? What the?? How can an ovary lose a follicle? Unless it ovulates? I have heard this happening before just frustrated and worried that I've already ovulated. And it's now the long weekend in wa and my body seems to be so close (if it hasn't already). They won't scan or do BT on mon which is crap cause we pay so much money... It's not like its Xmas day!! Sorry ladies big rant over

No not much better @Excited1. I know it's ludicrous but I'm trying Now, a missing follicle?? Did they seem surprised themselves or did it seem pretty normal to them? I've never heard of follicles disappearing but I have experienced another dominant follicle suddenly taking off during my OI/IUI cycles and the original better looking one stopping to grow as the new one sucks up all the hormones..... maybe it's something like that?? I hope it continues to grow nice and quick to a healthy egg for you. Were there any others catching up? Xxx

Thinking of you and wishing you the best for your transfer today @Heyside Xx

How did you go with your tests @kiki1? All good and full steam ahead I hope x

AFM- first doppler appointment yesterday since ceasing all of my drugs showed the heart still beating away On the 3WW countdown now to my 19 week scan at the end of March.
