Feeling relieved. HCG increased to 3698 in 3 days, and progesterone is now up to 50.6. Do you know if I should be happy with progesterone over 30 or it should be higher at exactly 5 weeks?
Anyway, feeling much better now and really excited at the thought we might have twins 😊😊😊😊😊. It is really early, I know. But after all this stress and problems, I think we deserve happy moments like this.

    Have a great evening everyone!

Wow Anglie. Cleaning the ceiling at 38 weeks, you were brave... How do you enjoy being a mum?
I am really excited about the ultrasound. I don't know why but all my life I had a feeling that I will have a baby girl, so now thinking that there is a possibility of having twins I'm even more excited, but also a little bit scarred. I know that we'll manage in the end. I just want them/him/her to be healthy, that's all.

Congratulations hfam very exciting news, when is your us?
Anglie how is motherhood going ? How was your deliver ? Did everything go as planned ? To be honest I'm a little nervous about it 😱
Stacey, talking about your girls melts my heart I hope my boys get along 😃 I had my ob appointment today , she sent me to the hospital for a dose of steroid injection incase babies choose to come out earlier and I have to the second one tomorrow . The injection was a bit painful as it was a very thick fluid but if it expedites lung development by 3 wks then it all worth the pain. My next growth us is in 10 days at wk 35.5 , very excited for it if I can keep them inside till then 😊 wishing u all a great wknd

Well as for getting along....... They have their moments....... I was doing the food shopping today and was putting the groceries into the trolley and the lady behind me said "oh excuse me one is biting the other" then a massive scream and it was all on lol so yesterday was full of biting and pulling hair, only one has hair long enough to pull although Tsehai did managed to get a firm grip going a couple of times, fun, fun, fun
Amfm I never had the injections, I did query them but our hospital doesn't give them after 34 wks and only if your going into preterm labour which I found annoying, probably a cost cutting measure, thankfully I didn't need it!
nice early start for me this morning, 4.30
Deb hope your going ok, suppose your just crossing off days until it time for you to go, hope your managing to stay busy
hfam can't wait for you scan as well, this wait between a positive and the scan is worse I think !!
Anglie hope all is well and your munchkin is settling into home life

    Hello everyone
sorry I've been here watching with a couple of little posts along the way.
amfm you must be getting excited and nervous. No climbing on chairs cleaning ceilings like Anglie though.
Anglie, hope you and your family are all well and enjoying your new family member.
Stacey so glad you are here with all your advice. Your hair pulling and biting experience sounds funny. We have a couple of sets of twins in the family and from what I see what one doesn't think of the other does and then they both plan it out together.
hfam glad things got sorted. Fingers crossed for you.

I sometimes think things may have been different last year if I had a fs on board. Not once did anyone check my progesterone levels, and I was inexperienced to ask. Zlin never asked for it either. I wonder if they all realised there was not much hope. I really don't think much would have changed, there was too much going on with one sack not developing but also not going anywhere and a SCH, a lot taking up space in there and pushing out the one trying to hang in there. Oh well, this time I have Dr M, a FS and Zlin, more experience and you guys. So, throwing everything we can at it this time.

Deb Hang in there, you would have had your progesterone checked at zlin and if there had of been a problem then they would have told you to increase it so don't beat yourself up about it, remember you had other things going on that you were not aware of so your now on the right path Progesterone naturally fluctuates and it also doesn't all show up in the blood tests, if your using cronine it doesn't show up at all so the majority of those ladies don't even bother getting it tested, mine was 70 at zlin then went up to 75 with the first blood test then dropped down to 60 then back up, also depending on the time of the day, what you've even eaten and when your last dose can affect the results, it's inly a problem if it goes under 30 or you have a constant drop xx

Ohhh Deb. As Stacey said, try not to beat yourself up. I know the what ifs will haunt us.... if we would have known a few years back when we started this journey what we know now... But I believe that everything happens for a reason, and this was meant to happen to us.
We moved to Australia and started everything from scratch (new careers, new home, no families, no friends), but it doesn't compare with how difficult it was in the last few years while trying to conceive. But this whole experience made us stronger, got us closer and we learnt to appreciate more what we have.
Really hope that time will go quicker for you, and you'll get the Christmas present you wish for 😊

Stacey, the story with the girls is really funny, but I'm sure it isn't funny for you. To be honest, I don't know where do you get the time and energy to take care of the kids and also be here for us. We are really lucky to have you 😊
