I have a similar response to my miscarriages as Stacey. It was because there was a problem. Yes is still sad, 2 nights ago I came home after work and cried all night until I fell asleep. But it is something out of my control and I have learnt to roll with things I can't control.

9.6 should be fine AMFM. Did you see the measurement to Zlin? If they need any changes in medication they will let you know. Good luck on your trip. Have a safe flight and try to relax, as much as you can on these fun long haul flights.

Thank you. I do want to get it tested, but neither of my doctors thinks there is reason. How did you get the test? Is it a blood test? Sorry to sound uninformed, but the doctors aren't helping that at all.

Hi Klh sorry for the delay we are away got the weekend and my iPad has **** the dummy :/ the mthfr gene mutation is a blood test, maybe ask the clinic if they think it's worth getting that done considering your background, they maybe not into immunes that much but should still know about the basic ones, if you don't have any luck and still want further investigation done you could think about contacting the immune doctor that Deb is having a consult with, he is extremely good at what he does and is very knowledgeable

Klh I've been doing some googling. If you can get your dr to request the tests it will be quicker than the immune dr I am having a consult with and I know you are keen to get started. I have been able to get a phone consult on 29 january which is not too bad I don't think. If your doc tries to tell you that to get the gene test you have to go to a genetics place he/she is wrong (that's what my obn told me). But as Stacey said it is a blood test and Douglas hanly and Laverty do the tests according to a support website I found for mthfr.

i have had a good day. My birthday was in transit coming home last year. Mum and dad wanted to buy me clothes but I held off until I knew if I needed clothes to grow with me. Then with everything that happened we have not been shopping yet. So today we went shopping. I decided while out DH and I needed a night out. So we are heading to dinner to our fave restaurant tonight. Time to go frock up, put the makeup on and have a nice dinner with DH.

Happy belated bday Deb Hope everyone else is well
Well we are here, we got to our hotel about 8 hours ago, well I passed out then I was so exhausted, it's 3 am now and I'm fully awake, flight was smooth not delays or issues but OMG it was so far and although u drank lots of water but still felt so dehydrated. My nose is blocked and I hope it's just dryness not cold !!!
I think our fist appointment is in few days so enough time to relax a bit and then work out how to get there
Due to time difference I took the pill 2 hours early and now to adjust to the new time, is there an issue with taking an extra one or that's a no no ?

I think I'm gone try going back to sleep

Amfm yay you've arrived safely No issue with taking an extra pill but you could set an alarm to remind you of when to take them, staying on our time is best if you can, so the alarm is good to remind you, don't forget it's extremely important after transfer to take them at the same time each day so you don't get a huge variance in your progesterone levels, don't forget to keep us updated And yes the flights are a shocker !!

    Great thanks Stacey
Also with regards to food , I did a bit of research on what to eat and not to eat when pregnant and almost everything they serve on the plain is on the NO list , cream cheese, cold ham , chicken sandwiches , cold fruit salads .... What did you eat on the way back home ? I'm less than 50 kg but I eat a lot and all the time and my blood suger drops and I feel really sick if I don't eat when I'm hungry ...

    So excited 😜😉😃
