Amfm as GFS has said no need to fast for any tests, as for getting to zlin, I highly recommend booking a pick up from the airport through Prague airport transfers, they will pick you up from the airport and take you to the train station and vice versa, you can prebook and pre pay or pay when they pick you up, www. Prague-airport-transfers.co.uk it's very easy to book on line you give them details of your flight and they check in to make sure it's still on time etc, as for trains here is the link, http://jizdnirady.idnes.cz/vlakyautobusy/spojeni/ change it to English then put in leaving (Prague) and destination ( zlin), date etc and it will come up with list of timetables for the train, usually the dearer one is the first class and you have to change trains, the cheaper on goes straight through or you may have to get off at the stop before zlin, if you choose that one it will let you know what time the train gets in, then let where you are staying know and get them to either meet you or they can organise a taxi for you to meet you at train station when it arrives, the trains run on time, also once you have decided on which train/time just print out the page and take it with you to the ticket office and show them
Let me know if you have any trouble

AMFM we got the hotel to pick us up at the airport. It cost 4500 czech korona, around $240 AUD. We only did that pick up and then the rest of the time we did the train. Main reason we did that was because we did not want the stress on arrival in a new country of working out the trains. However, after catching trains to and from Zlin after that it is easy, and as Stacey said, print the info and show it to people they will help. We are glad we did the transfer because with our delay in hong kong we did not get in until late and would not have got a train that night, the tranfser to the hotel just took the pressure off. It depends on if your hotel does this or not. You must be getting excited AMFM.
THings seem to be going well atm. No fresh blood, just brown spotting. So . We have our scan on Wed so hopefully have a bit more info on what is going on.

Not long GFS until you get to meet your twins. Exciting times.

AMFM we considered hiring a car and our travel agent recommended againt it because of the way they drive. Best example was the drive from Prague to Zlin. We hit 160 I think maybe even 180 at one point. THis was at night. WHen in the inside lane someone comes up behind, flashes lights and you move over and let them past and back into the lane again. Very different to our way of driving. They also drive on the other side of the road so another thing to get used to. I was a bit scared on the roads with the speed we were doing and the way they drove. The other thing we noticed was it was not clearly marked to Zlin, with no sign saying Zlin until we were nearly there, so you would need a good GPS or map in English. None of the road signs were in English. We would recommend against it particularly when the train is so easy and cheap. Petrol was expensive too. While on our drive from Prague to Zlin we both commented that we were glad we did not drive because we would not have had a clue where we were going and we could now understand why our travel agent, who is also a very good friend and her husbands family come from Vienna, so spent a bit of time over there, recommended against it.
