Just thought I'd let you know that the extra travel costs are minimal to zlin on the train, from about €12 euro one way per ticket so your not paying much at all, also some of the Prague clinics are more expensive so you would be spending extra there
THanks for the well wishes and reassurance. I am in agreement with you all, I think my OBN is erring on the side of caution. To have a growing foetus and a mole is 1:100 000. And given I am not in the risk categories. I am feeling a bit more at ease now. If it is that I might become a medical study . And hey, whatever it is we will deal with it. I'm just going stir crazy on rest. Might have to do another Bollywood movie today. They are so light hearted and even with the subtitles easy to watch. I love the old 50's/60's musicals and Bollywood movies are like that, break out it big music/dance scenes just for the fun of it.
klh, when I was originally communicating with Gynem communication was an issue as well. At one point I had to go back via their general email on their website because the coordinator was not responding to my emails. They decided not to treat me becaue I have bipolar which although disappointed me because they made that decision without any discussion to see how well it is managed, but I did respect they had the unborn childs interest in mind. In the end after me expressing my disappointment they agreed they may have been hasty in their decision and asked for our availability for a skype interview. Gave them that and never heard from them again. Went straight to Zlin and asked if they will treat me and they were happy to proivided I had a letter of support from my psychiatrist, which was easy to get because I am very stable and he is supportive of us having a child. We have done a lot of preparation for it, reducing medications, learning to manage with minimal medications. Even with all the hormaone treatment and our current situation I have remained stable. Like you I wanted to stay in Prague to save on travel but as Stacey said the train is cheap and easy. We had a delay at one point on the train, the conductor came and made an announcement in Czech which we did not understand. We asked for English which she did not speak so she went through the train and found someone who spoke English to translate. The people are very helpful and nice. We did get a few questions sometimes by people asking why are you going to Zlin, not a common tourist place, It was great to see the countryside on the train. But ultimately it needs to be the clinic you feel more comfortable and happy with.
Have a Happy New Year everyone. I hope 2015 brings you everything you dream and lots of babies. For those already with their babies I hope it brings you much joy with your little ones. I don't think we will see in the new year tonight, hubby works in retail so doing extra hours and with the extra workload at home and stress of worry is very tired.
Thank you for Sharing all of that. I know that must have been really hard.
I have twice had to go back to the original email due to lack of response with Gynem....odd. We are excited about both Zlin and PFC but think we'll likely go with PFC.
how are you feeling?
Hi lovely ladies, hope every one is well.

klh , good luck with your clinic selection, We are heading to Zlin in couple of weeks and very excited about it, my coordinator is Anastasia and she had a,ways replied to my email on the same day and she is very friendly. I have also spoken to her on the phone and one of the IVF specialist at the clinic and they are quite fluent in English so communication has never been an issue with them, I can tell you more once we get back home, at the moment just over the moon that there is not much time left to go
