    Default Severe morning sickness...

    Huge hugs xxx

My last pregnancy I had ms in the first and third trimesters - constant nausea :/

I haven't read the whole discussion but have you also tried Mentos (the mint flavoured ones), apples, water, sparkling water, grapes? Zofran worked for me but I hope you can get some relief soon!! X

I forgot to add that I wore Sea Bands as soon as I got a positive on the test lol... It worked great for my first two babies and took the edge off for the third

I had a visit to the ob today.

The new regimen is prednisolone x3 a day, b6 once a day and phenergan for the evenings.

Man I hope this works. I have also booked an acupuncture for tomorrow morning.

I'm so anxious and completely miserable I want it to end.

Thanks! He said we need to throw everything at it and if I'm not feeling better in 2 days then I'm in hospital on a drip. Really want this to work!!!

Best thing I ever did was have three days in hospital on a drip - constant fluids and iv medications made a huge difference, and broke the previous cycles I'd been in of just briefly being rehydrated each week for 8 hours on a drip. I really hope it gets better soon for you!

I feel like this is where I'm headed. Not sure how long the pred takes but not feeling better yet.

I'm not sure if it's the pred or the acupuncture but I'm feeling so much better!

I have 3 more acupuntures booked in before Christmas and I'm going to start weaning from the pred and see what happens.

DH was so happy to come home to me functioning again
