The expenses make it so hard don't they. Hopefully something comes up soon. I'd love to work just 3 days a week. Maybe when my next one comes along. We are trying hard to save for a house at the moment. I think we will have $8000 saved by December.

Yes, we've definitely not been able to do much for the past several years in terms of funds and it's made it hard to upsize. I'd really hope that people who have family to help look after children whilst they work appreciate it. What % deposit does one need today?

AWC - Do you think you will go and see someone if your lp does't lengthen out?

Default : Pumpkin Protocol 2014: Belated BFPs, Bumps & Babies #3

Most need 10%, but my advice is to work out how much you are comfortable repaying and use a calculator to work out how much deposit you need. Remembering to also add stamp duty and fees, which is usually $15-25k depending where you buy.
    Our place was only 360k
    We borrowed 314k
So we needed a 69k deposit to make out repayments manageable.
Normally though with a house worth 360k you would only need around 53k deposit (10% + stamp duty/fees)

    Adorned - I've had 2 cycles where I've o'd cd12. But still mostly cd14

....$50k... That might be over 5 years of saving and I think houses here are expensive
