    Default Trampoline from Santa

How and when do you set it up without kiddos seeing it?

We did the trampoline last year. We're lucky that we have a big shed so a few nights beforehand I unpacked it and read the instructions. Over a few nights I put bits of it together then on Christmas Eve I made dh come home by 9pm to help me put it all together.

    Default Trampoline from Santa

Dad did this for me when I was little and we did it for DS - you put the trampoline up outside ( and close blinds so they can't see it in the morning!) and get some string and tie it to the tramp and run it through the house and end it at the tree and wrap the end in a gift box with a note saying "follow me "'We always do that present last ( just try hide the string out of the way!)
