    Default Fitbit flex help!

I haven't been able to sync my fitbit flex to the phone or on the computer for about a week now. Can anyone tell me what the little battery symbol means?? I assumed it needed charging but it's got a full charge and still shows me this! Any other ideas what could be wrong? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1417589258.087462.jpg

When you tap or charge it, what does it flash with?

My first one flashed two dots either side no matter what I tried to do with it.

Do you know for sure that it is charged? My charger wasn't working very well. I thought I had charged it all night and it didn't. It will stay on and flash in charge mode - the lights don't disappear. If it isn't charged you may need to clean the connectors and jam a paper clip or something in the end to keep it charging.

The fit bit itself works fine - if I tap it twice it runs the lights side to side then shows me my goal progress. If I plug it in it shows me 4 of 5 lights :/

Try following these instructions and see if that fixes it.

I'm not sure #mama. I have always found the fitbit team very helpful. Hopefully you get some answers!

That's sleep log mode. Getting the taps right to turn that in and off can be so fiddly. I'm forever tapping it.

See I thought that's what it was.

But it was just constant two dots either side, flashing.

Fitbit replaced it because resetting it didn't do anything

I've given up tapping it into sleep mode. I just sync and put in the times when I wake up.
