Default fb buy/swap/sell etiquette for no-shows

So you list something for sale on a buy/swap/sell page.

Someone comments sold. Pick up is arranged via PM. They don't show up.

Meanwhile there is someone else who has posted NIL (next in line) to buy your item.

Do you give the original person a second chance to collect the item, or advise them that due to the no show you will be selling to the NIL person? Or do you handle it another way?

I had easy experiences with the first 3 items I sold through buy/swap/sell, but the last few have been time wasters. Just interested on how others handle such annoyances.

If they don't turn up at arranged time, I go with nil in line! Had many no shows!

My last sale was a no show too. So annoying! I sent them a pm asking if they no longer wanted the item. She was very apologetic about no showing so I'm giving her another chance to collect. If she no shows again I'm definitely moving on to nil!

Does the group have rules? Ours has a rule for non collection non contact, we report them and they are removed from the group.

I'd do this first before reporting though
