    I got Christmas baubles with their name written on it. Have 2 girls in two different rooms with 7 carers between them. But I also included the spares which is another 3 as they get left out and do fill in I the rooms a lot.

    Thanks so much for your ideas all! I think I'm going to go for a shared gift and then just a card for the primary carer. It's a homemade one so...extra love and all that :-)

    I buy a big box of chocolates and give it to them at the beginning of the last week so they can have a treat in their staff room/ office. Always goes down well
