Default Storage ideas for hardcopy photos

I'm doing some spring cleaning in my wardrobes and cupboards.
I have photo albums/old photo frames (some I should just throw out) and loose photos all over the place. In cupboards, in suitcases. It's driving me crazy

So I'm needing some ideas on where to put my photos albums or ideas to store hardcopy photos??
I'm thinking ditching all the albums and put photos into those little photo storage boxes. I thought the boxes would be a space saver then all different size albums

    Help

If I was wanting to look at the photos occasionally I would still use albums. Easy to keep them organised that way too.

But if you don't plan on looking at them very often at all then boxes would be a good option.

Otherwise scan them and keep the digital copies and do away with the physical photos.
