    Default Anxiety Self Help

    I have been highly anxious for a long time, ive gone through a lot of the motions etc and am only looking for advice right now on a self help book targeted specifically to anxiety.

    It's not a book but this website has some fantastic self-help workbooks for free, and a few of them cover different types of anxiety:

    Also look up apps like 'smiling mind' and other mindfulness apps which will help xx
