A big hello to the new ladies! 🙋 I too was on the pill for over 21 days ( I think roughly 32 days to align with xmas closure and to start cycle in 2015 for a fresh safety net). Jezzabell we will be cycling only a few days apart by the sounds! I had my last pill yesterday (the 26th) so set for my first injection on New Year's Day! Are you doing ivf or icsi? We are doing ICSI due to MFI. Where abouts are you from? X

Getting closer everyone! Let's kiss 2014 goodbye and hope we all get sticky BFPS in 2015! Preferably early 2015! Xx

    Hi,
I'd like to jump in here too. Hoping to have a FETin January. I had our first icsi cycle in September last year getting a BFP in October unfortunately at the start of November we found out it was a blighted ovum. I had a D&C but it took my body 4 weeks after that for my hcg to return to normal so there was no way of getting in a cycle before the end of the year. I'm a teacher and I'm off till the end of January so perfect time to have a stress free cycle. My FS has me booked in for a where in cycle blood test on jan 5, I've not had a period since the D & C and I really want to have the transfer before I head back to work so I've taken provera tablets to bring on a period, last tablet tomorrow so should get my period soon so I can start.
I'll be doing the FET within an ovulation induction cycle as I don't ovulate regularly on my own, so no getting out of the needles for me this time.
FS has said we also need to be careful when having sex around the time of stimulated ovulation as there is the risk of twins should the FET be sucessful and one of DH sperm (hE has antisperm antibodies) actually make it to an egg I release which seems to have happened for us to get our son 3.5 yrs ago.
I kind of feel we would be wasting an opportunity if we didn't have sex though haha, but understand that twins pose more of a risk too.
Here's hoping this year brings us all luck and the thread is filled with BFP stories soon.

    Hi Ladies,
I hope and pray that 2015 brings us all BFP.

I pulling my hair out atm. I'm on the 2ww. It's 5dpt 5dt, transferred 1 hatching blastocyst. I've had mild cramping/pulling but nothing else so far. I'm worried that it did not work, I took a hpt this morning and bfn.

Hi to the new ladies. Hopefully jan is the month for all of us.

I'm feeling really sad today. Heard someone I know of had a stillbirth at 20 weeks. Then a close friend told me she's 13 weeks pregnant. She knows of my ivf and miscarriage. Whilst I'm happy for her, I'm finding it so tough and angry why it's so hard for me. I'm glad I found out via text not in person. I prob can't handle it in person yet. Very happy for her as I wouldn't wish infertility on anyone.

I'm sick of 2014. The miscarriage had ruined it for me. Bring on 2015

Scootyboots, my FS is also anti trying naturally during the frozen cycle. He doesn't want me to have twins. I also feel like its a waste not to try but am scared of twin. One at a time is good for me.

Bubiboo, it might be too early. Pretty sure I read somewhere you should only starte testing at 7dp5dt. Maybe try again in a few days.

Why is it that AF never shows up when you want her? I just want her to arrive, so we can crack on with our FET cycle.... urgh. Hope you all had a good Christmas.

When is af due mrs jaguar? I know what you are saying though.

I'm on cd 22 today so hopefully 8 days away but FS told me it might be a longer cycle given I just had a fresh stim so I could be two weeks away from FET. Argh I can't wait too.

    Default Here we go!

So I came off the provera 2 days ago to await AF to mark the day 1 bat-signal for my first FET (eep!)... problem is that I've been spotting pretty much constantly for the last few weeks on provera and also since my endo "scratch" a bit over a week ago. Called the clinic and they wanted me to come in to the clinic in Perth for a baseline hormone test. Problem is that I'm currently in Sydney on holiday! So no can do!

So I'm hoping I will get some cramping or heavier flow soon and I'm also hoping it happens this side of Dec 31 as we have hit the Medicare safety net for the year and our clinic has calendar year pricing for each subsequent cycle so would be good to formally be billed in 2014 on both counts.

We are on our way... here we go!

I'm CD35 (ugh) and triggered two weeks ago .. just on a natural/letrozole cycle while we waited to do more IVF. Negative HPT's, almost 14dpo & no AF in sight. Hopefully soon!
