Any advice for the bloating after EPU? I am so bloated and it feels like it's getting worse. I have had hot packs on all afternoon, been drinking heaps of water and powerade. Eating nuts. And still peeing. But I'm really starting to feel uncomfortable. I wonder whether this is just a period of time and it'll just disappear. Thought the day after EPU would be better but it's getting worse?

Peppermint tea is good for bloating but don't have too much of it. You are doing all the right things (water, powerade etc) and make sure you are having protein too.
Hope you are feeling better soon x

Thanks ArryLa. I've tried to keep busy this morning and had a nap this afternoon to get me through this. Feeling a little better tonight but still hard to keep positive.

No other symptoms yet, I'm still waiting on those telltale sore boobs...

Yes official test on 27th. Not sure if it's too early to pick up hcg yet.
