Aw man! Of course I try drawing back on the orgalutran after saying I wouldn't, didn't notice anything so finish and when I pulled it out there was blood in the injection! So I think that means I put the air into a vessel 😕 silly me. Ill call the clinic when they open, I'm sure it will be okay because seeing the bleeding and lump after, I think I did it yesterday also 😩 which resulted in a big bruise.

Only 6mm lining (and they like it to be at least 8) so I'll need another scan next week to make sure it reaches target, then apparently the transfer would be a week after that. Waiting to see a nurse/embryologist now.

Hi Sharlie, I'm not really up to scratch on how everything works but keeping everything crossed for you x

I have another question guys, surprise surprise and guess what it's about? Lol!
I have my bloods and scan In the morning and I have to leave my house @ 6am to make it on time. I do injections at 7am but wondered if I should do them before leaving?

I know the orgalutran works on 24 hour time between so I was thinking of doing the gonal F and taking the Org with me. But then I won't have ice 😩lol! What would you do?

    How is everyone going? Xx

@StillHopeful can you take an ice pack with you?

I'm going in tomorrow morning for a scan & bloods to determine EPU day, which is looking likely to be Monday. My stomach bloating went down today so really hoping everything is all ok and that ok the follicles are still there :/

    Thanks @Piper01, will do.

Hope all goes well for you tomorrow.
I'm pretty nervous because I don't even feel bloated yet. I'm on the lowest dose of Gonal F 😔 I'm meant to have the scan tomorrow and Monday and expect EPU Wednesday but that could change. Also, do you drink water for this scan like the others?

Good luck for tomorrow @Piper01 and @Juzzabell x

In regards to the safety bet, the threshold has been increased I think it was $1200 last year it's now $2000 of out of pocket before it kicks in.
We were already over the threshold last yeAr and I asked my specialist if I could just pay for this years cycle at the end of last year, but she said I couldn't that it goes on your period date....... 2nd jan I got AF 😁 I should have started the provera two days earlier here is a link to the safety net info my clinic gave us

@StillHopeful get the nurses to give you that injection when you're there if your worried about not having ice. I always get my nurses to give my pregnyl injection if it lines up with a blood test.
No need to drink water for the scan

I was only on a low dose for my first ivf cycle, I didn't have any bloating I felt totally normal. My specialist said, "great that exactly what we want"
