Ugh, what is up with our crazy cycles? xx
I just looked at my history. Last year I had a fresh stim in sep 2014. The cycle after that was 38 days so it was longer than usual. Now that I know, I'm changing my countdown. Hopefully the next cycle is a perfect 28-30 days.

Yep I hate how our stupid bodies not cooperating. Argh!

I just had mango for dessert. Is that going to bring on af lol

Welcome to all the new ladies and best of luck for where ever you are in your cycles. Yes @StillHopeful1 I've started, today is day 4 of injections. I'm on syneral sniff x 2 daily, 400 gonalf and 75 luveris. Just the usual headaches, muscle soreness and bloating so far.
I hope your feeling better with all your injections, they can be tricky and painful. This time DH has been doing them for me which as been nice.
Growth scan booked for Fri, fingers crossed everything is doing as it should.

@StillHopeful @besha I was wondering about pulling back on the orgalutran too. I remembered the first nurse told me to but then I asked other nurses at the FS clinic and they said no and looked at me weird like they had no idea what I was on about so I never done it.
@StillHopeful I had an early scan today and looking like possibly Monday for EPU - excited!

Question for everyone, does your work know that you are going through IVF/ICSI?

How do you manage to go to scans and have time off for EPU and transfer?

For me personally I have the scans before work and mostly have scheduled annual leave days for EPU etc. Only once I called in sick but with the EPU date not known until close to the actual date it gets a bit tricky. Just wondered what everyone else does?

Im very lucky with my work. I work with a lot of men and they don't ask questions. I think they would be assuming I'm having so many days off as its baby related but they don't know what.
Unfortunately as I live 2.5 hours from my FS I have to take full days off but I use my sick leave not annual leave. And I tell my boss that I have a drs appointment and he doesn't ask any more about it. He just says that he hopes all is ok and he is there if I need anything.

I did think this morning that it would be a lot easier if my boss new what was going on but personally I'm not ready to say anything. I'm just hoping something happens soon and the first they will know will be when im 12-16 weeks x

My boss knew what's going on. I told him what we had to do. He's so awesome and supportive. I was able to take day off for epu and ET. He told me to stay home and relax. It is easier and he didn't tell anyone else. But it also meant he was sad for me when it wasn't successful.

I work in the medical field and have numerous bosses- they pretty much all know as I had a long cycle for the last FET so lots of scans etc and then a long drawn out ectopic! They are all pretty good about it.

    Default IVF/FET in January/February 2015

@mrsjaguar that sux! I can't believe you're still waiting. Could you have a scan to see its not due to a cyst or something? I had one in feb 2014, ended up having a close to 50 day cycle with a haemorrhagic cyst bleeding into itself. And the whole time I just wanted AF to come so we could keep ttc. Maybe try your gp or FS to investigate? I think they call it amenorrhea.
@keiko I did have a scan on day 3 of my cycle (prior to starting the pill 5 weeks ago). I assumed it would be external due to having my period but nope, internal..... Safe to say that was the most uncomfortable experience 😕
@Piper01 that's so exciting! Keeping everything crossed.
@Juzzabelle I have my scan and bloods on Friday also! How exciting 😊 hope it's good news for us all.

One more question with that bloody Olgalutran, do you flick out the air bubble? I did today because it was like half the injection. I did read a forum saying you don't because it pushes the solution through but it didn't sit right with me. The Gonal F booklet says to get rid of large bubbles, but the Olgalutran book doesn't even mention bubbles 😕

Also I'm self employed, so my boss is pretty understanding about this baby making business 😉 hehe! x

I think of where I used to work and wonder if I could say. I'd be worried they'd want to get rid of me to get out of maternity leave lol. But it sounds like a couple of you have some lovely bosses x
