Help! I just bought our first elves and they didn't come with the book or instructions. Are they supposed to bring a letter tonight?

You don't need a letter but the book explains what he does and how kids can't touch him! Maybe write a letter from Santa explaining it?

That sounds good. Our elf might be late this year. I've got the CBF's tonight.

You can find printable letters online. Or just write in a Christmas card. That's what I did last year.

We have a little girl elf joining our family for the first time this year. She is hiding out in the box here, to be 'delivered' on our doorstep before miss 3.5yrs wakes in the morning I'm so excited!

Each morning our little elf will have a bag filled with a different art & craft activity for dd. In the box along with her delivery in the morning is a Christmas countdown clock to make (and a letter from Santa explaining who the elf is)
