@shelby27 - we went to MyIVF today (after changing FS).

Our appointment with the new FS wasn't how DH and I expected... firstly the FS completely ignored my DH, then didn't even talk about our test results until I asked about them. FS said our tests weren't great particularly DH's - so we asked some more questions; FS stated that DH's recent SA was pretty bad with 6% morphology... this was news to us! The first and original FS said that DH's SA was fine with 5% morphology (test was done over 12 months ago). What the hell?? Had we known SA was 'poor' over 12 months ago we could have tried to do something to improve it (i.e. vitamins, acupuncture)... So confused... Now this FS has said that we should do IVF with ICSI... which is fine - but we were so put off by everything.

Anyway, we haven't booked in for IVF as we wanted to do more research. It really became apparent that IVF is a business. Well - we're not there to make any friends.

Anyone else able to shed some insight into their experience with IVF with or without ICSI? Particularly in relation to their DH's SA?
@Tiggzie - I don't have any experience with ICSI, but @MrsTugs has been/is going through it. She will definitely be better placed than me to answer. x

After 3 years we did the 'not trying but not preventing' after thinking Dh's sperm wouldn't recover. I now have a 6 month old sleeping in my bed

I have put myself on prednisone, so hopefully if I do have high nk cells that fixes it. I need to be on prednisone anyway cause my arthritis flares up when pregnant.

When making ds2 I had problems he took while I went to them and they put me on clomid monitored and I made him cycle 4. This year I went back in around March and have been trying with clomid monitored with them for 6-7 months now with no success so moving onto IVF with them. So I have been with them now for around 2 years have referred so many of my friends. I recommend them.
